Baseline:

  1. ROM drills

  2. 20 minute of grinder PT

Endurance:

  1. 15 minutes of LSD run, ruck, or swim

Durability:

  1. Yoga or active stretch

  2. Hydrate and fuel within 30 minutes

  3. Journal post-training session
