  1. Strict press (5 reps x 5 sets)

Work capacity:

Complete the following for time:

  1. 1000 meter row

  2. 25x strict presses (#45/#35 bar)

  3. 20 supine ring pull-ups

Durability:

  1. Yoga shoulder mobility drill

  2. Active stretch

  3. Hydrate and fuel within 30 minutes

  4. Journal post-training session
