Week 1, Day 5 (ARD)

ARD = Active Rest Day

Baseline:

  1. Perfect stretch

  2. ROM drills

  3. 20 minute grinder (or 7 rounds)

    1. 4-count Jumping Jack

    2. Air Squat

    3. 4-count Lunges

    4. Push-ups

    5. Navy SEAL sit-ups

    6. 4-count Flutter Kicks

Endurance:

  1. 10 minutes LSD run, ruck, or swim.

Durability:

  1. Yoga or active stretch

  2. Hydrate and fuel within 30 minutes

  3. Journal post-training session
