Do the following to the best of your ability. Write down and save the results in a workout journal for later comparison.

  1. As many picture perfect push-ups as you can in 2 minutes.

  2. 10 minute rest.

  3. As many sit-ups as you can do in 2 minutes.

  4. 10 minute rest.

  5. As many pull-ups as you can do.

  6. 10 minute rest.

  7. 2000 meter row for time.

  8. 10 minute rest.

  9. 1 mile run for time.

  10. Go home and enjoy the weekend.
