  • High jumpers:

    • Work on technique 30 minutes

    • SMOLOV: 5 sets of 5 @ 90%

  • Sprinters and LJ / TJ:

    • 4 x 400m @ 75 seconds max

    • 3 x 200 m @ 35 seconds max

    • 2 x 100 m @ 15 seconds max

    • 1 x 50 m @ 8 seconds

Finish

  • 5 minutes of planks
