Week 7 - Day 24

Workout is at North Pole track @ 3:15 PM. Be sure to take bus 86 after school. Return bus is at 4:30 PM.

Warm-up

  • 5 minutes stretch

  • 5 minutes running drills

  • Run 1 lap

Workout (Long & Triple Jumps)

  • Measure steps (TJ and LJ work on 7 strides - 14 step runway).

  • Work on penultimate step (with aid of coach)

  • 2x full jumps (TJ or LJ)

  • 10x pop-ups

Workout (High Jump)

  • Measure out steps to perfection

  • Mini competition starting at 5’4 (3 tries each height). Bar goes up 2 inches.

Finish

  • 8x 50 meter sprints

  • 2 x 2 minutes planks
