  • 5 minutes stretch

Workout

  • High jumpers go jump (30 minutes)

  • All others have SMOLOV

    • 7 sets of 5 @ 80% of max

  • High jumpers go to SMOLOV

Cool down

  • 5 minutes of planks

  • 5 x 20 pushups
