Warm-up

  • Running drills (10 min)

  • Run 2 laps

Workout

  • 6 x sprint straighways (FB field)

  • Smolov, day 2

    • 6 x 6 sets of squats.

Finish

  • Day 2: 15 minute planks (equal to to 3 x 1 minute)

  • Day 2: 200 push-ups (equal to 3 x 12)
