    • 7 hurdles setup

      • 15 x 3 hurdle sprints at competition height (100/110 meters)

      • Work on arms

  • OUTSIDE

    • 4 x 200 meters sprints

  • SMOLOV (follow the calculator).

    • Week 4, day 2 is 75% of max, 4 sets of 9

Finish

  • 5 minutes of plank (total - all at once or in parts)

  • 3 x 20 pushups (total)
