Week 4 - Day 14

Warmup

  1. Lead Leg snap downs along the side of hurdles

  2. High Knees of hurdles

  3. Under-Overs

  4. Trail leg with 3 hurdles

  5. Right Leg

  6. Left Leg

  7. Both (alternating)

  8. Can-Can drill

  9. Hurdle stretches (hold for 10 seconds, do 3x with each leg)

  10. On the floor

  11. Trail leg stretch with hurdle

  12. Lead leg stretch with hurdle 

Hard Day

  1. Endurance (circuit)

  2. Hurdle drills (2 of everything)

    1. Set three hurdles up in a row at varies distance on one side down the field at the lowest height

    2. They sprint over the hurdles and then sprint to the end of the field

    3. 10 pushups

    4. Sprint back down the field without hurdles

    5. 25 jumping jacks

    6. Sprint over the hurdles down the field

    7. 30 crunches

    8. Sprint back down the field without hurdles

    9. 10 burpees

Repeat 3x (3min rest between each completion of the circuit)

Finish

  • Planks: 5 sets at 60s each

  • Pushups: 5 sets of 10
